Lifestyle and nutrition medicine

Living healthy to stay healthy. This is only possible if you view human beings as a complex combination of body, mind and soul.

Personalised lifestyle and nutrition medicine play a key role in the NEWYOU Method®.

Lifestyle medicine

Lifestyle medicine, or healthy living medicine, takes a holistic approach to human health. Instead of treating symptoms, it seeks out causes – it is prevention and therapy in one. Drawing on these principles, our doctors have developed the NEWYOU Method®. This health method focuses on optimising your lifestyle to prevent diseases or relieve existing lifestyle-related complaints. To this end, we combine medical and alternative treatments to create a coherent and individualised therapy concept.

What we offer

A healthy lifestyle is the most important requirement for a long life and is influenced by various factors. These include sufficient exercise, a healthy diet, stress reduction and adequate sleep. If these factors are imbalanced, there is an increased health risk. Therefore the NEWYOU Method® focuses on the question «What keeps us healthy?»
