The services listed in the NEWYOU packages serve the purposes of preventive healthcare and should be regarded as being complementary to conventional medicine. The services cannot be paid for via compulsory health insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse guests for any services they do not make use of.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booked NEWYOU package without incurring any fee up to 30 days before the package is due to start. If you cancel fewer than seven days in advance, we reserve the right to invoice you for 50% of the costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse guests for any package services they do not make use of.
